QOT Consulting connects companies in regulated industries with experienced GMP, engineering and validation professionals. Our model is deliberately lean: a core team plus a curated network of senior experts — so the people on your project are the people whose experience you bought.
We work where regulation, engineering and quality meet: commissioning and qualification of facilities and equipment, validation of processes, cleaning and computerised systems, and the GMP routines that keep operations inspection-ready.
